A few common questions answered...
Can I have My Artwork on the passes? - Yes. After you place your order, just send your artwork to info @ bandpasses.com in any format you wish. We accept most files, but being an all digital house, we prefer 300 DPI Jpegs. No Artwork...No Problem. We can design your pass, and it’s include in the price. We NEVER charge any artwork fees. What if I don’t have any artwork? - We will design two choices for you based on information you give us about the type of band or event you are, art on your web site, or CD covers/logos that you can send us to scan in. After you place your order, just send your artwork or logo and some text you want to see on your pass, to info @ bandpasses.com
How long does it take? Most orders ship 3 days from order/payment/artwork to the time of shipping. All orders ship via FedEx 2 day for free. FedEx overnight s only $13.99 on ANY order, no matter how big! RUSH Orders are available.
How do you charge me for my order? You can pay via a credit card after you select your order from our site. It’s safe, easy, you DO NOT need to sign up for Pay Pal to pay us via any card and is guaranteed secure! If you wish to complete your order via a Cashiers Check or Money Order (Sorry. No Checks), you can also order and select “Pay By Cashiers Check/Money Order” at checkout.
