Artwork:  You can send us your art in ANY application or file type. Mac or PC, it’s all OK by us, but here is the ideal for us: ANY of these options will do.

• THE ABSOLUTE BEST WAY TO SEND US YOU DESIGN, LOGO OR ARTWORK IS A 300 DPI JPEG, 3 inches wide by 5 inches long (We will size to your final spec. See below) - PREFERRED as we are an all digital house, and EVERYTHING gets processed into this format.

• The most common mistakes people make in preparing their art are:
• Not enough room at the top or a word where the badge slot goes at the top.
• Not enough room around the sides and on the corners. All corners are rounded.
• Art is delivered with fonts that are not usual or formatting or that “lose” information or fonts. 300 DPI JPEGs are the best for the digital process we use, and NEVER lose fonts or other information.

Pass Specs are:

The standard size pass is 2.7 by 4.7 inches but your passes can be ANY size you wish up to 3X5 inches. include a 1/8th an inch bleed. Leave 3/4 an inch to 1 inch at the top for the badge slot,

Some additional charges may apply to passes larger than 3x5

The mini-lam is 2.3 by 3.7 inches NOT including an 1/8th an inch bleed. Leave 3/4 an inch at the top for the badge slot.

MINI-LAMS ARE ONE-SIDED ONLY, WITH THE REPEATING SECURITY LOGO BELOW ON THE OTHER SIDE.

In any 2-sided passes order, you can have any size you wish up to 3X5 if you require a 2-sided pass, in mini-lam size.

ARTWORK SPECS FOR SATINS

You can make your satin pass ANY size up to 3 inches by 5 inches. A standard “cool” size that we use is 3 inches by 4 inches. Remember, when designing your artwork that the big feature of this type of pass is that you can write in the names of people or duties like “Crew”, however you can have ANYTHING on your pass, and unlike anyone in the industry, all of our passes are full color or one color, all at one price. colors are used for different job titles or days of the week, and any three color combinations are yours to choose from included in the price, allowing secure features that no one offers on their standard passes. That’s right. By any number of passes and mix and match however you want, in whatever color code you want FREE.
