How can I get a
hold of someone for questions?
- The best way to get a hold of us
is by e-mail to

. If you prefer to talk with
us about an order, please e-mail your phone number and we will get back to you, usually within
minutes, but realize that we are an internet-based company, and most order can be taken care of in
2 or 3 e-mails, includig questions you might have. This also gives us a referance to your
concerns that we can look back on.
Due to the number
of calls that start out “I would do anything for a Justin/Kelly/”Insert band of the
moment here, pass”, we don’t post our phone number on the site any longer.
Will you make
me a pass for the “enter your favorite bands name” at the “enter your hometown
arena”. Plessseee...it’s my birthday.
- No. We make passes
for bands, tours, event promoters, marketing firms sport teams and other entertainment industry
professionals and corporate clients. Not individuals.
What kind of
quality are these passes?
We have designed passes for
100's of recording artists, festivals, fairs, and conventions throughout the years, and have
also provide other services (Through our , Interactive Itinerary), to The White Stripes, The
Deftones, System of a Down, and dozens of corporations, marketing firms, tours, special events and
festivals We have been in the entertainment production industry for 24 years, and know that great
passes can make your band or show look pro, secure sensitive areas or make great VIP invites, but
don’t think it should be some major project to get them in your hands. We don't do
Holographic foils or special shapes. Just basic, good looking, full color, old school passes.
What are the
features of these passes?
The passes are a “Standard
of the industry” size and are a heavy 16 mil thick. They have rounded corners and a oval slot
punch, features that do-it-yourself passes usually don’t have. Our passes are border-less,
turning out more like a hard plastic card than a laminated piece of paper. You can have any size
pass smaller than 3 X 5 inches, but the standard pass size is 2.7 by 4.7 inches

you guys?
BandPasses.com is the idea of a
former tour manager, music industry veteran and the inventor/owner of Interactive Itinerary, an on
line itinerary service for touring bands. Clients of Interactive Itinerary have included the
Deftones, incubus, Ratdog, and other national recording artists. You can check out the Interactive
Itinerary services at www.interactiveitinerary.com . We also have other intrests that promote local
and regional shows, provide marketing for national corporations, and offer web services for
entertainment vendors. I am Kit. The better looking one is Katie, and we have a team of about four
awesome people that help us with everything we do.
Can I have you
do something with holographic foils, glow in the dark inks, or special shapes or sizes?
No. We only produce standard
“rock n roll” style laminates and satins. Our passes remain true to industry standards,
while providing great built in security features like no-borders that cost extra
elsewhere. You can have up to 5 different tags for your passes to designate VIP, Security, All
Access, etc. at no additional charge on any order!
Do you have
samples available?
CHECK OUT OUR GALLERY. To keep
costs down and provide affordable passes to any band, we DO NOT provide any samples. Our passes use
first quality products, specialty stock and feature NO BORDER, making your pass virtually
counterfeit proof. Don’t confuse our laminates with ANYTHING that you can do in the office or
at home. These are first quality backstage/VIP passes. Beyond that, if you don’t know
what a backstage pass is, we are not the right company for your needs.
Can I have My
Artwork on the passes?
Yes, We accept ANY file, but
because we are an all digital house, 300 DPI Jpegs work best. You can e-mail art to us at
info@bandpasses.com . Check our art section for more details and specs.
What if I
don’t have any artwork?
We will design two choices for you
based on information you give us about the type of band, festival, or event you are, art on your
web site, or Posters/Ads that you can send us to use. Just e-mail us what you would like to see
after you place and pay for your order, and we will post some choices for your review before
printing.
How long does
it take?
We ship 75% of our orders within
48 business hours. We can even get them out the next day iin some cases. We never charge a rush
charge. we can either do it, or we can't if it's quick. If you are starting from scratch
and need us to design something, unless you are not pickey, please add 2 days for design and
proofing.
How do you
charge me for my order?
We use Pay Pal as our preferred
method of accepting credit card orders, and as our payment gateway. You DO NOT need to sign up with
them to pay us via any major credit card. It’s safe, easy, and is guaranteed secure! If you
want to send us a Cashiers Check or money order for your order, just order and select that option
at check out. an e-mail will be sent wirth the total and where to send payment. We do not start any
orders until we get payment, and do not do "terms". NO personal or business checks
without approval.
What kind of
artwork can I send you?
A 300 DPI Photoshop or JPEG file
is best, but you can send us to your web site to pull art from there, or send us your other printed
art via the mail. WE CAN TAKE ANY FILE YOU HAVE, BUT THE BETTER THE ART, THE BETTER THE PASS.
People say we do miracles with nothing, so don’t be shy if you have nothing. We will work
with you if you do not, but if you do have art, please send it to us in an e-mail and Include your
name/order info with the attachment.
Shipping FAQ
Can I choose
how you send my passes to me?
YES. ALL 2 DAY FEDEX
SHIPPING is included in the price of your passes. We ship Fed X and UPS for you
protection. We have a feature at the bottom of our order page when you shop at
www.bandpasses.com/shop
that lets you add Overnight
Delivery to your order for just $13.99. This won’t effect the production time, but
will save you one day in getting your passes.
What other
conditions might prevent me from receiving my order on time? in VERY In rare times....

sign for my package?
For your protection, we require a
signature to deliver a package valued at more than $100 We can not ship to a PO Box with Fed X.
Do you ship
outside the U.S.?
Currently, We do NOT ship outside
of the US unless the customer has a FedEx to use for shipment.
Can I arrange
for weekend delivery?
We can ship your order for
delivery on Saturdays if you wish. Just click the Fed X $13.99 Overnight option when you order
and we will ship them for Saturday delivery
Can I track My Order?
When we ship your order, we will
send you a tracing number via e-mail so you can follow it’s progress.
