Can I have My Artwork on the passes? - Yes. After you place your order, just send your artwork to orderonline@accesspasses.com .  No Artwork...No Problem. We can design your pass with our award-winning design team Check out our artwork specs HERE

What if I don’t have any artwork? - We will design two choices for you based on information you give us about the type of band or event you are, art on your web site, or CD covers/logos that you can send us to scan in. After you place your order, just send your artwork or logo and some text you want to see on your pass, to orderonline@accesspasses.com

How long does it take? Most orders ship 3 days from order/payment/artwork to the time of shipping. All orders ship via FedEx 2 day for free. RUSH Orders are available.

How do you charge me for my order? You can pay via a credit card after you select your order from our site. It’s safe, easy, and is guaranteed secure! If you wish to complete your order via a Cashiers Check or Money Order Checks, or company check, just contact us for arrangements.
